Finally, I have found a coffeemaker that brews a good cup of hot coffee and keeps it good and hot for hours in it' s thermal carafe. In 5 minutes the brewing cycle is finished. The design of this product looks sleek and modern sitting on my kitchen counter and one push of the button begins the start of a perfect cup of coffee.

This is an expensive coffee maker but the coffee is so delicious it, it is worth it. And nay type of coffee is delicious.

The only one of it's kind
I searched the internet world to find a stainless coffee maker that did NOT have toxic plastic parts and the dreaded "warmer" that slowly ruins most pots of coffee. Finally found this Moccamaster and I found it at Crate&Barrel. Easy to clean and faster than any coffeemaker on the market. Plus I love the fact that it's hand forged , unique in every way! My search is over!

Dripless Pour
This product makes a great cup of coffee at the right temperature!
The coffee pours without dripping which was a very big concern of mine.
You can purchase a metal filter for it but I would recomment using the paper filters as there better.
i.e. no coffee grounds in my cup!
However, I'm having problems with my on / off switch. The coffee pot & filter are in place and the power doesn't come on right away when I turn it on. Currently, I'm wondering if there is a minimum power on delay or perhaps I just have an intermittent switch.
Additionally, I love the fact that there in no hot plate which contributes to burning the coffee.
Finally, I'd highly recomment this purchase.

Excellent coffee every time!
I bought this machine a few years back and it still brews my favorite cup of coffee. Any time I get coffee out I am disappointed. I read a review on Cooks Illustrated that highly recommended it, and I am so glad I took the plunge. It IS costly, but when I added up how much I spent getting coffee out every day for both my husband and me, I am saving money in the long run.
It doesn't have any frills- no timer, no clock. It just brews perfect coffee every time. And that's what I care about.
Highly recommend this coffee maker.

Fast, Fantastic coffee.
We bought the moccamaster with a gold filter and use it like crazy. It brews fantastic coffee. We love the thermal carafe with brew-through-lid. it's really nice to make a pot and carry out with us onto the patio where it stays hot. We've had several nice coffee makers and this is our favorite.
