Favorite utensil ever!
I LOVE this spatula!! My husband and I love making a big breakfast on lazy Saturday mornings but pancakes were always annoying when trying to flip them with a regular spatula. The "corners" would always fold over the side and the pancake would break or become misshapen. Well no more! This spatula fits perfectly under a pancake to make flipping them a breeze. We haven't use it for omelets yet.

Flipped Out
I flipped out when my spatula arrived, it was exactly what I wanted, low price and a plus when Crate & Barrel sent it free shipping. When I tried it on my egg/pancake specialty it worked like a charm. The white does stain but to be expected.

Awesome!!!
I have to be honest by saying that I almost sent this back. I was shocked by how HUGE this thing is when I opened the box. However... we've had it about a month and really do use it all the time. It is hands down the best omelet turner I have ever used. My husband loves this spatula as well - I catch him using it frequently. It is great for transferring pizzas and cookies. I did try to use it for pancakes and it worked, but was a bit overkill for my super tiny pancakes - however, will be priceless for using on normal size pancakes. I have been most impressed with using this for eggs and omelets so if you are thinking about it, go for it, it's a really fun kitchen utensil.

Stains easily
Got this as a gift - loved it except it stained the first time we used it with blueberry pancakes . It also got dark brown stains from the pan. Wish it was available in black for that reason!

Omelets, yes. Pancakes, not so much.
This is a great spatula - classic C&B quality - but, man, is it huge. For me, it's too big to use with pancakes because mine are typically 3-4" in diameter. But that's not to say I don't use this all the time. It's perfect for turning omelets, transferring cookies to a cooling rack, moving chopped vegetables from the cutting board to the soup pot, and lifting pizza dough off the counter when it gets sticky.

Great Spatula
Very flexible. A good size for omelets, (haven't tried it w/pancakes yet).

bigger than you think
I got this spatula because I knew I needed a large one that I could use on a nonstick pan. I trusted it would be big without really paying attention to the dimensions. It is gigantic! Like the size of a whole pancake. It's amazing and I love it and it is bigger than my whole hand spread out. Great product.
