Disappointing lunch
The bag isn"t really insulated because the sides are open at the top-- you zipper it shut @ the top but the cold/coolness escapes out the sides at the top. Maybe if you don't put much in it the sides will stay tucked in under the zipper. It is a definite design flaw. And the little ice pack doesn't stay frozen long--again not sure if this is a function of the bad design or the saline in the ice pack or both. All works fine probably if you just have a few carrot sticks or PB sandwich, but anything you seriously want to stay cold-turkey sandwich or yogurt- forget it. I was disappointed. You cannot tell from either the description or the picture of the product that the sides won't stay shut--if I"d known the design I would not have bought it.

Blue Lunch Bag
It looks nice, but the zipper gets stuck all the time. Also the design does not allow the zipper to completely close the bag. (it creates two 2 inches holes at the upper corners, on the right and the left side).

Lunch Bag
Spacious & great zipper top. Icy inserts have easy access slot. Only downside: strap isn't removable

Simple and functional
This is my husband's lunch bag, so he chose the grey color. We got tired of throwing away all his used, rumbled brown paper bags and decided to go the reusable route. He's happy with it because it's the same size as a paper bag and doesn't attract attention. The ice pack is a good idea, but he hasn't needed it yet. Price was just right.
