Flimsy Dividers
Unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviewers. The outside of this case is fine - no one is expecting anything special. I didn't have a problem fitting 12 crystal wine glasses in this case, but my crystal is traditional. If you're looking to fit 12 Riedel red wine glasses (read: over-sized) in here, that's not going to happen. The inserts that separate the glasses are the real disappointment - they are literally cardboard covered with packing-popcorn type material coating them. When you slide the pieces together, it's pretty much impossible not to rip the squishy coating off. You can find better for the same or cheaper elsewhere.

Don't waste your $$
This is not what I was expecting from C&B. All of our stemware (ie: champagne flutes, wine glasses and pilsner glasses) are from C&B and they were all too tall for the case. The case does stretch a little so we were still able to zip it close but they should really make sure that their stemware case will actually fit their stemware.
Also, like a couple of the other reviews mentioned, the foam backing peels right off when you attempt to put the inserts in. I agree that it is a flimsy, and dare I say cheap, design and I would not recommend this to anyone.

Won't fit tall flutes
This is a great storage case for "regular" stemware, i.e. wine glasses with "regular" length stems. However, my champagne flutes are about 1.5" too tall to completely fit in the slots without clinking each other (they are Vera Wang "Classic" Champagne flutes--standard flute height).

Disappointing for C&B
The quality of this product is pretty disappointing for a C&B purchase. I didn't do enough research to reallize that the dividers for the glasses are cardboard covered in foam that I put together myself. They didn't have it in the store, so I bought it online. The foam inserts tended to tear as I put it together.

Just what I needed
I purchased two of these containers, one for red and one for white wine glasses. The red glasses are 20 0z ballon goblets and you can't fit 12 without really cramming them in. I staggered the red and white and it worked just fine. I have not had a problem with the zipper but have not had them that long.

Flimsy
The foam backing was already peeling off of the inserts when I first got this. This is a flimsy design. I do not recommend.

Great Storage Case
I bought this case to store our party wine glasses. It's made well and we had no problems with the zipper as other reviewers have stated. It fits nicely in the bottom of our cabinet and keep the wine glasses from breaking.

Flimsy
Registered for two of these, and both broke as soon as I tried to assemble them. Unfortunately had to throw both away. I do not recommed these.

Best stemware storage for price
I purchased one container for my stemware after an extensive search. This is the best reasonably priced stemware storage by far. They are great for wine glasses, but as another reviewer noted, they are not tall enough for champagne glasses. I would buy a champagne storage container in an instant!

basic stemware storage
This product is pretty basic, similar to others. If anything, I'd like to see a little more padding around the outside just because I always worry that something will happen!

Great protection, could be a bit taller
I bought these to store various wineglasses. The standard glasses fit just fine, and I like how one can adjust the inserts for different size glasses. However, I have some champagne flutes and large Bordeaux glasses that are just too tall. They fit in the container, but are taller than the inserts which makes me concerned about damage.

The Very Best Way to Store Stemward!
I purchased two stemware storage cases and love the way it keeps my party stemware. In a moments notice, I can take out my glasses and serve my guests & have confidence that each piece is clean and shinning. Storing my semware from Crate & Barrel in this Storage Case is not only effecient but protects each glass from accidental chips and shattering.
