Great food processor.
We received this as a wedding gift. I love it to make salsas, chop peanuts for Asian dishes, and chopping garlic. Beats doing it by hand. It's a powerful little food processor.

Great Little Food Processor
I recieved this food processor as a Christmas gift. I have used it several times and have been very happy with the results. It comes with a scraper that fits perfectly to push the food down to the bottom. Depending on which way the blade is placed, it can either blend or chop!

One of my favorite gadgets
This was purchased for my husband and I from our wedding registry. It's ease of use to chop onions, cilantro, pepper and tomatoes makes making homemade salsa so much easier. Dishwasher friendly too.

Great Appliance
Pretty powerful for a Mini Prep. I use mine all the time. Very easy to clean, and after a year, still shows no signs of wear.

Perfect
This is the perfect size to leave on your countertop and easily chop spices as your cooking. Easy cleanup, powerful to even chop nuts. Very convenient.

Handy Kitchen Tool

Best little gadget
I love this thing. I've been making pesto in a blender for years and always it was an issue of getting it out and not making enough to justify dirtying the giant blender. This little guys is so handy and easy to take apart and clean. Now i make pestos and dips all the time!

Easy use.
This product is wonderful for quickly chopping veggies. I also use it to puree small amounts of baby food. Easy to use and is a quick clean as well.

Perfect Small Appliance
I received this as a wedding present and it has been one of the most useful items I have received. Now that we have a little one, I use it to make fresh baby food for him. Takes up very little space in the cabinet.

awful awful awful
Thank Goodness I bought this with a gift card, because it is not worth your well earned money. Mine did not even start. I put it together correctly, only put a small amount of fruit in, and turned it on...nothing. No buzzing, no whirring, nothing. Cuisinart usually makes great products, but this isn't even worth the shipping and handling cost to exchange it.

Wonderful little gadget!
This mini food processor is a dream come true. I am a nurse and I LOVE to cook but some days after a long 12 hour shift, I want to get in and out of the kitchen to rest my feet! My Cuisinart mini prep is perfect for chopping, grinding, pureeing, etc. so my fiance and I can still eat a fresh home cooked meal with much of the prep work time cut out. I must also say that the sales staff at C&B are so helpful and attentive every time I visit. I cannot say how much I adore this store and the high quality products they choose to carry.

Useful and compact!
We have used this for the past year. We enjoy making baby food for our daughter creating purees from delicious foods. She loves pasta dishes especially. It only takes seconds to blend and we throw all components in the top rack of dishwasher when done. Voila! Will be useful in so many ways for years to come and doesn't take up a lot of storage space. Love that!

Terrible Cuisinart Product
I have many Cuisinart products in my home. The cheap prep. product I was replacing still works better than this product. It leaks, rattles, and makes onions into soup rather than chopping them. I'm not sure what it is great at prepping. Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand.

Great for baby food!
I received this as a baby shower gift and it has been great! I use it mainly to puree food for my 7 month old. I's so easy to use and the compact size is perfect for baby-size portions. I can make healthy meals for my baby in just a few minutes.

Disappointed
This was a replacement of another (less sleek looking) mini prep by Cuisinart. I assumed it would be just as great but it isn't as powerful as our old one AND it is really loud. We'll use it for now but as soon as I can find the other style - I'll get it.

The mini is absolutely great for baking as well as everyday cooking. I use it practically everyday! Easy cleanup and storage, very well made!

Great for small jobs. Fair for smoothies.
I love this processor but I give it a 4 because it leaks at the top (overflow) when you try to make a smoothie. I like big smoothies so I would not recommend it for large, liquid tasks. Love it for chopping nuts. Not so good for grinding beans. Too long and not as fine as I'd like for my Espresso.
