Sear Grill Pan. 12"

Professional performance with a revolutionary "Sear" finish that is textured to evenly brown and seal in juices of meats, seafood and vegetables. Stylishly curved in tri-ply, hard-anodized aluminum that heats quickly and evenly without hot spots. For use on gas, electric and ceramic cooktops, and oven-safe to 500 degrees. Unlike most nonstick cookware, Unison is completely dishwasher-safe.

great grill pan I love this grill pan. Have had great results and it's easy to clean. March 9, 2012

Great pan We use this pan all the time. This pan has a "sear" finish, which is a little rougher feeling than the non-stick pans. It cooks food very well. It is still very easy to clean up afterwards. I works great to cook food that might fall apart on a grill. August 23, 2011

More Than Happy I was considering purchasing another product when my sister told me about this pan and, to make it even better, it was on sale. It takes a little getting used to on a glass top stove as you cannot cook at the usual temperature unless you want to sear only. Otherwise, it works very well. It would be nice if it was a little deeper in the grooves so that juices would drain to the side more. It is, however, just a I expected...a great Caphalon product. August 16, 2011

Excellent "Indoor" Grill Pan The size is perfect. It's easy to use and cleanup is a breeze. I have several non-stick calphalon pans that are non-stick and would recommend this highly - and the price is right! August 15, 2009

Just what I had been looking for! I had been looking for a grill pan that could be used on my ceramic top range, as many such pans state that they were not for this use. This is a good size, and cleans up easily. A big plus is that it is not too heavy! August 14, 2009
