Love these, will buy more
So far I've been using these for small sized fruit cobblers. Would be great for macaroni, etc etc. They bake nicely (I put them all on a baking sheet) and even if I bake on a big sugary mess they come clean nicely. I have four of the taller ones, and they are the perfect size for baking etc, but as a serving size a bit large for one.

Terrific
I was searching for ramakins to try a new recipe and found these 10 inch ones. They were perfect. Clean up was a breeze. I bought 8. The price was great, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Excellent souffle dish
searched high and low to find this quality and size dish. Great price and I was thrilled with the packaging. I purchased this dish from the website with other dishware and was a little concerned about the shape it would be in when it arrived. No worries, excellent packaging!!!

Great
These are lovely, well made, and quite useful. The tall ramekin especially is the perfect size to be used for so many things. The souffle dish and tall ramekins (which I have not problem stacking) are a kitchen must. I am very glad we got these as a wedding gift. A very good value!

A Beautiful and Functional Purchase
These souffle dishes are classic for holiday meals, as well as every day cooking. I have used them for desserts, mashed potatoes, casseroles, etc. I have received many compliments about the texture of the dish as well as how durable it is. I would really recommend this product to anyone!

AWESOME!!
These souffle dishes are AWESOME!!!! They come in different sizes and are very sturdy! You can feel that the quality isn't cheap!! I've made lava cakes and souffles in these ramekins! They work very well and they only cost you a few dollars each!!! Tre Bien!

Slick, Sturdy, and Classic!
I have been wanting a ramekin for a long time, and a friend of mine gave me 8 of these for wedding registry. I LOVE THEM! They are sturdy, oven safe and dishwasher safe. I can use to make pot pies, souffles, puddings, and panna cotta. It's so versatile.

The PERFECT Ramekin!
I just recently received my set of 10 oz ramekins. I had previously owned a 5 oz set, and they just weren't big enough. I LOVE these! They are high quality and the perfect size. I think someone had mentioned they didn't stack well. They stack perfectly! They are stacked three-high in my cupboard as I write this. They compliment my white diner-style dinnerware beautifully. I am sure I will be back for more. You won't regret this purchase!

10 oz ramekins
exact size that I was looking for. I have been working really hard to get back into shape and loose some wt. I needed this size for portion control and am so happy I found them. They are the perfect size.

Fabulous!
I bought these (the small ones) a few months ago and have used them for everything from souffles to bread puddings. They get the job done well, clean up easily, and are hardy. Just bought a few more since they have so many uses.

NOT STACKABLE
This is an otherwise great product with one major flaw...they don't stack. So beware, ye of little cabinet space. As a regular cook, I use these for many functions, so I have about a gazillion ramekins. The ones from C&B don't stack within themselves, so they take up extra space.

I love this dish. My mom had one for years and she used it all the time for serving. I decided to get one too and I love it. It is so durrable. You can put it right in the dishwasher great for everything!

Never fail
Love this baking dish. It never allows anything to cook unevenly! This dish does not look utilitarian - it blends nicely when I take it from oven to dinner table with my other dishes. It is also great to put out cold foods/fruit for the table (a bowl of grapes maybe). It presents nicely. One of the best selling qualities of this bakeware is that it cleans in a snap. By hand or dishwasher.

good purchase
I have to be honest, i am not a good enough cook with a decent enough oven to attempt a souffle, but when i saw this i had to have it! i use it as a serving dish for my summer salads, which is perfect because it is so deep and the white sets off the bright colored salads nicely!

why stop at souffle
this is going to sound silly but it is the perfect size for popping a bertolli dinner in the microwave. the high sides are great for necessary stirring + the whole meal fills it about half. i pull this out of the cupboard on a weekly basis!

Perfect little souffle dish
I bought this on a whim when I had a bunch of egg whites left over from making ice cream. I figured I'd give a souffle a try and it came out beautifully. This dish cooks evenly and goes straight from the oven to the table for a beautiful presentation and easy serving. This dish is my new favorite for cobblers too.
