Aluminum construction with extra thick, forged steel bases and stay-cool cast stainless handles is designed for gas, HOB, ceramic, halogen or induction cooktops. Ventilated, tempered glass domed lid has stainless steel rim and handle. Fifty percent fewer greenhouse gases are emitted during the manufacture of GreenPan.
