Produced by skilled craftsmen in the knife-producing capital of the world, this affordable, versatile chopper features a scalloped edge that cuts thin-sliced veggies, and chops, minces, slices, dices and juliennes. Pointed tip pierces foods and finishes the cut; triple-riveted molded handles with full tang are stronger and more sanitary than wood. While the edge will remain sharp, it can be sharpened on the "fine" setting of the Wusthof handheld sharpener.
