Really who needs a Tomato Knife?
I DO! I test drove a few high-end knife brands and Shun was my favorite. I was always a "cheap knife" person. I thought a $20 knife would do the job. It was not until I really started investing in good knives that I grew to appreciate how much easier and better your cooking can be when you use good quality specialized tools. I joke about the tomato knife but that is the one I use most often! It cuts so beautify. I have about 7-8 different shuns and they are excellent. They are an investment, they are not cheap but they are well worth the price.
