Great!!!
Anyone who has ever stuggled to cook a meal using a dull knife is fully aware of the complete joy in using a good piece of equiptment when preparing food! These knives are absolutely wonderful! I purchased this 8" Chef's Knife as a gift for a friend and she is in love! I own two myself and I use them every single day! They are always sharp and ready to handle any job! I sharpen maybe once a month! Incredible product! Hoping to save up to invest in a few more in the coming months. They can be a bit pricey , but it is totally worth every penny!!

Excellent Knife
This knife is razor sharp and very well balanced. Nice weight, not too heavy and not too light, just right. I own several different brands of knives and wasn't happy with any of them. Then I got this one and now it's the ONLY knife I use for everything from simple slicing to heavy duty chopping. Only problem is that my wife gets mad because I make her use the other knives and won't let her touch "my baby"!! LOL Small price to pay for a quality knife at a really great price point. Buy it, you won't regret it!!

Love these knives
We purchased the 8" Chefs, 4.5" Utility, and the 8" Carver recently and have been quite pleased. My husband and I love to cook. We are always trying new recipes and use the chefs and utility knives everyday. They are excellent. We owned a Henkel but it did not last as long as I feel these knives will. The Wusthof knives are the best performance knives we have had. It pays to buy a good knife.

Classic knife, best on the market
I've used them for over 25 years, just gave our daughter her first set of 3 Wusthof knives at Christmas, and she just loves them. There is not a better quality knife at the price, and the style is VERY easy to use.

Fantastic knife
I love this knife- it was one of the best purchases I've ever made. The blade strength is top notch and the handle is comfortable to use, even when cutting a lot of food. The blade stayed sharp for many, many months before sharpening was required.

CUTS LIKE A LASER
I own the 8-inch chef's knife and it is the best knife I have ever used. I can chop and slice with great precision. It holds a sharp edge better than any other knife. This is the first knife I reach for when I am in the kitchen making salads or chopping up a chicken. It cuts through pretty much anything like a laser. It has a nice heft to it and is well balanced. It feels 'just right' in your hand. It's heavy enough to get the job done, but not so heavy that your hand gets tired when you have to do a lot of chopping. The handle is the right shape to fit comfortably in your hand. I have used a lot of different knives over the years and this one is the best of the bunch.

Wusthof is superior
I have one Wusthof chef knife and I rarely use my Henkels set becauase my Wusthof knife is so superior. You will love it.
