Three-ply construction bonds a highly conductive aluminum core, stainless interior and reflective, magnetic stainless exterior in a heavy-duty pan that's non-reactive with acidic foods. Bake lasagna and casseroles, broil whole fish, and more, as the riveted cast stainless handles allow this pan to go from stovetop to oven to broiler. BPA- free lid makes the pan portable and stores leftovers.
