Tri-ply, hard-anodized aluminum heats quickly and evenly without hot spots. Flat, heavy-bottom roaster has a generous cooking surface with sloped sides for easy deglazing. Unlike most nonstick cookware, Unison is completely dishwasher-safe, including the removable nonstick rack. Oven-safe to 500 degrees.
