Crepe Pan. 10"
De Buyer's classic crepe pan was developed in the Lyonnaise tradition with flared sides and no sharp angles. Riveted handle is long and angled, making flipping foods easy. Thick aluminum conducts heat well; nonstick finish allows foods to slide right onto the plate.

Excellent pan!
Never thought I could make something as delicate as a crepe. With this pan it is a breeze. I used it in conjunction with the Barefoot Contessa Easy French Crepe mix and got excellent results. Family was astounded. Friends are amazed. This pan would be a great addition to any cook's arsenal.

Love it! Works perfect for crepes
This pan is so, so much better than any pan I've ever used for making crepes. Sturdy construction; holds up well to high heat; perfect size for a single crepe; and the non-stick surface seems to hold up after months of use.
Tip: The pan is non-stick, so there is no reason to oil the pan (especially if the crepe batter includes oil).
