Klyne II 2-Piece Sectional Sofa is rated 2.8 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 5 out of 5 by jachristie from Two can Recline! My husband & I bought this a month ago, we have a smallish living room, 13' x 19' foot for our cottage. We needed a sofa for the two of us and one that help create a more open feeling to our livingroom. The Klynne II 2 piece was perfect for us. We liked the Klynnes' firm seat and yet soft back pillows, we love the design of the hardwood legs which provide asthectics yet access for cleaning purposes. We looked at most of the competitors sectionals and came to the conclusion, price point, better quality upholstery and size the Klynee II won out! Lastly, and the real reason we purchased: we love the ability for 2 people to lounge on the sofa for movie night or weekend reading.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Benr524 from SagsThe sofa sags after using it for less than a year. It is not very firm. Also the material seems to be wearing out already. If I had read the negative reviews I never would have purchased

Rated 1 out of 5 by Evie220 from Nope! Returned after 4 months. Poor quality.Inexcusable quality for a $2,400 sofa. The fabric (touted as being extremely durable) began pilling (yes, PILLING!) like a cheap sweater after ~1 month of light use. Additionally, it creaked terribly from every joint and crevice if you sat down, stood up, or shifted your weight while sitting. The cushions began to sag after 1 month of said light use. We purchased it for our basement entertainment room and used it once a week, on average. After 4 months of ownership and finally getting fed up with the quality, I called Crate and Barrel and they sent out an inspector, who determined that the sofa exhibited 'manufacturer's defects' and recommended it be returned. They picked it up a week later and I was fully refunded. Thank goodness for C&B's excellent customer service, but I'm sorry to say I won't be returning for any future furniture purchases. Unfortunately, the quality of their furniture for the most part these days does not warrant the price points. I also have the Oslo dining table which scratches/dings if you look at it sideways (it's a beautiful piece, but the walnut veneer must not be sealed well so it'll require me taking it to a specialty store to have the top sealed if I want it to have any sort of longevity). The only piece I've had any luck with is the Frame Small Coffee table, which is solid walnut but also carries a hefty price tag (I suppose it's true- you get what you pay for!). For $2,400 I expect a sofa to be more durable and last longer than a few months.

Rated 2 out of 5 by christine77084 from Great looking, but disappointingI bought this last summer and love that it's modern AND comfortable, which is much harder to find than you'd think! You can fall asleep on this sofa. I bought the light grey and love that you can wash the cushion covers in the washing machine, in case you need to. I got rid of a microfiber sofa for this and the microfiber was much easier to wipe clean vs. having to strip the cushions and wash because spot cleaning with water based cleaners could not get a stain out. The color fades a little after washing so I've only washed twice-and the dog has snagged it slightly with his nails. And, the second reason is that with 2 people who aren't on the sofa much, the cushions have indented in the places where we sit (creatues of habit) and you can see the spots on the sofa--even with the recommended rotating of the cushions. It's almost as if the fabric has stretched. After the wash and dry, it looked better, but still settled a little in the place where the foam is indented. For the cost, I would have hoped to make it more than 6 months without a problem. I'm probably going to get rid of it, but I'm admittedly OCD about things looking perfect. I'm really sad about this one.
