The Story

The earthy, evocative look of matte-finished chestnut wood warms a black powdercoated steel base in this simple modern desk from renowned designer Maria Yee. Minimalist frame suspends a single drawer framed by ridged steel legs that take a subtle bend at the base in a nod to Ming Dynasty furniture. A modern focal point for the home office that doubles as a console table in any room. Each desktop will display individual character with grain, knots and natural mineral deposits.

Marston Desk is rated 4.6667 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from simple and classic I bought this desk for a nook in my condo and use it as a study/laptop table. It is quality made and I love the weathered wooden look. Not too big, and simple with one thin drawer(the back of the drawer has a hole with a velcro strap next to it, perhaps for a keyboard?)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So simple I love the modern and industrial look of this desk. The drawer slides nicely and is by roomy. The only complaint I have is with the delivery. The desk was assembled off site in an apparently dirty environment. It was filthy when delivered.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice The desk is not too large and not too small. I like the wood with the steel...it looks like a spent more than I did. My only fault was that it appears as if someone burnt two holes in the desk and I'm concerned it my chip eventually.
