Great Everyday Mugs
I was looking for basic white mugs to match my other Crate and Barrel dinnerware and these are just what I was looking for. I use them everyday for coffee and tea. They are a great size and have held up beautifully in the dishwasher. I would not hesitate to purchase again.

Perfect cup!.
I was looking for a perfect cup for a year. This set was exactly what I needed: not too big, not too small, ideal shape and on sale. Couldn't resist and bought 3 sets: 2 for everyday use and 1 for guests. Husband and kids love my cups too. Order arrived in 2 days, carefully wrapped and not a single chip.

Great Value
These cups are our favorite cups to have our coffee in the morning. Ordered 2 sets of 6. Tempted to order more. Husband likes the size and feel of these sturdy cups. Great price since their on clearance.

Finally a matching set of mugs
How nice its been to open the cabinet and see a matching set of coffee mugs. These are great quality, excellent price, and a perfect size. These mugs were part of a second large order of dishes, all arrived in perfect condition.

"Perfect" Mugs!!
These mugs are the perfect size, weight and shape: At 14 oz you don't need so many refills, yet not so big that the last sips have gone cold - but if they do just pop the mug in the microwave! The porecelain material is pleasantly lightweight and chip-resistant compared to heavy stoneware mugs, and the slender shape makes it easy to fit more in a cabinet and keeps the beverage hotter longer. Finally, the price is fantastic - I got 2 sets, and it is so nice to see all the matching mugs in the cabinet and on the table - we never run out now, even with company, and they go with both my everyday and special china. Bullseye!!

classic white mugs that look great
I love these mugs. I bought 2 sets and am glad that I did. They are simple but nice. I wanted to finally have a cabinet of coffee mugs that matched and simply looked nice and these fit the bill. I can microwave hot chocolate for my mother in law and they hold a good amount of coffee for me in the morning. No regrets on this purchase, and you can't go wrong at this price.

Great design . . . cheap!
Very well designed mug. Generous capacity and substantial contruction, but the styling helps avoid a ponderous look and feel. Especially does the slim handle contribute to its light and almost delicate appearance. Bright white finish suits this mug well and allows easy pairing with similar classic or modern styled tableware.

big, but not clunky
These mugs hold a lot of tea/coffee, but still feel dainty. They are a pleasure to drink from and have rapidly become my favorites. An excellent value.

Really Nice looking and Nice Quality
These mugs are a steal at this price. The quality is very nice and they look great. They are a little delicate, like fine China would be, and that is part of the their beauty. I am not a fan of drinking out of heavy thick stoneware. Bought 12. Have been using them for everyday use but they look great enough to use when entertaining. They were packed beautifully and arrived in perfect condition. If you enjoy coffee, these are a really nice size - big but not too big. If I had the storage space, I would buy another dozen or two for holiday dinners and large parties. I NEVER write reviews but have been so happy with the items i have ordered from Crate and Barrel that I thought I should share the information.

My new favorites! Tea stains do come out.
I drink tea all day long from the same cup and overbrew, so I get tea "stains" too. This is just a build up of tanin from the tea. You will get this in ANY cup if you brew too much tea or too long in the cup. It's not the cup's fault. However, it's more noticable in white cups. Use a scratch-free sponge/scrubber on the buildup/stains, and the cup will be white again. These cups are a great size, look great and are super-comfortable. Love these! I'm here to buy more!!!

Proportions perfect with C&R rectangular plates !
It is hard to find a mug that looks proportionately right with the Crate and Barrel rectangular dinner, dessert, and soup dishes. I tried the Aspen mug (too white) and the Essential mug (too large) and then found a mug in other store (too gray). I ordered the Hana mug from the outlet because the photo looked perfect ... and it is! It is the right color, it is lovely with all my new plates ... I am thrilled ... and am about to order 12 more! Also, they were delivered in 2 days even though I did not pay for express shipping .. and they were packed extremely carefully. I love Crate and Barrel. The design is alway perfect. They get it right - a la Bauhaus industrial simplicity!
I have not used these mugs yet, but I read enough reviews to feel confident that I will appreciate them for their quality, price point (incredible) and shape as time goes on as much as I do now.

Clean & Simple
I really was impressed with these mugs in person. They have a nice weigh to them. And love the clean and classic lines. Also, one the mugs arrived with a broken handle and C&B quickly replaced it for me. I love love love C&B

Not worth your time
These cups are too small for any reasonable amount of liquid. The exterior of the cup gets too hot to touch when filled with tea. Finally and most importantly they will not get clean in the dishwasher instead leaving a brown residue on the sides from tea (im sure this is true for coffee as well). Basically I have to replace these cups as they are barely able to be used so I need to get rid of them and buy more. Waste of time.

Great mugs
I loved the form and size of the mugs. They are perfect for that cup of coffee. I can also fit a progresso soup in a mug as well. A terrific buy of great quality.
