Great Plates!!
I moved out for the first time and this was the first set of dinnerware that I purchased. Food looks great and classy no matter what the dish.
Although, One day I microwaved a bowl of soup and the bowl cracked in half. After speaking with a representative I was told that the plates were made from Soda Bottle Glass in Mexico and that the set was NOT Microwave safe.

Beautiful and Functional
I started with the mini bowls, and realized I must have the large bowls as well.
The mini bowls are the perfect size for using as a pretty side dish, such as juicy things you'd want to keep off the plate. I also see great potential for serving dips, or other relish or condiments. It's sturdy enough for everyday use, yet stylish, so you can impress your friends at parties.

We purchased 8 each of the dinner, appetizer, salad plate and bowl because we wanted lead-free dinnerware. The Tempo line is even more stylish than I thought and we're really happy with the purchase. They're a bit thinner than expected, but so far pretty durable. It is a challenge to find 100% lead-free dinnerware, and impossible to find it at a price so low. Highly recommended!

Tempo Dinnerware
I just received these in the mail today. Going to give as a gift to my son. I Love them I know he will also. Totally what I expected from Crate and Barrel a Wonderful product....

Big Hit for The Holidays!!!
I have lots of fun dishes from crate and barrel, but wanted something more clean and contemporary as a juxtaposition for all my rattan and raffia browns and beiges. These were a hit! Coupled with CB vases with the same style and wine colored napkins... my thanksgiving table design was as big of a hit as the food!

I totally recommended!!!! they might look plain, but you dont have idea how amazing the food looks on this plates.. i used them as serving plates for chips, dips, appetizers etc. I LOOOOVEE THEM ALL!!

Great plates.
I ordered 2 - 10", 2 - 8", and 2 - 6" plates along with a bunch of other breakable items. The only thing that was damaged were the 2 10" plates. Called C&B and they sent me 2 new ones without any hassle. Awesome. Plates are great. I might buy a few more later.
