tux for everyday
needed new dinnerware for the new house, love the simplicity of the tux, maybe even designed with a single guy like me in mind, hence the name "tux." goes well on my black marble counter top, but noticed the platinum band starting to flake off. maybe too much microwaving? i'm single, remember?
i hand wash everything and don't use abrasive pads. got the matching teacups, saucers, mugs, and bread & butter plates which i'll probably never use. skipped the salad plates - salads are for wimps, but the bowls are my second favorite pieces! cereal anyone?

Adore this set!
I labored over which dinner set to register for and my (now husband) and I finally agreed on the Tux set. I could not be happier, it is so beautiful and durable. It works for both everyday casual meals to fancy dinners with friends. I chose the white with silver rings over the black salad plates to allow us flexibility to pair different napkins and tablecloth colors as we choose. Only negative is we had to hold onto some of our crummy old plates in case we ever need to warm something up in the microwave. But we specifically chose this set because we wanted something classy and timeless, and we are both very satisfied.

Beautifuly AWESOME!!!!!
I shopped around for months, looked everywhere and when i saw this set I really liked it, but i needed to see it in person. Last week i went to the store in Union Square in SF and when i saw it I was in awe..... It was beautiful!!!!!! I bought it on the spot. I guaranteed you will love it!!! Last night i had my family over and they all loved it. I wish i could post a picture to show everyone how beautiful it really looks on my table.
