Exactly what I was looking for
I had been on the hunt for a simple, authentic Italian table style carafe and C&B had exactly what I was looking for. After spending several months in Italy, where a classic carafe on the table is par for the course, I am thrilled to finally own two of these.
Heavy, sturdy pieces, these will last for quite a while.

Great carafe - excellent customer survice
I saw this carafe at a restaurant in Wilmington, NC and fell in love with it. So, I was glad to find it at C & B. Got my order and unfortunately my carafe came defective. When I call to see if I could exchange it, the customer service was very helpful and said that I should disregard the defective one and that I would receive a new carafe in a few days. So, I did. I love it. It's beautiful! Thank you C&B!

Perfect Wine - or anything - carafe
This is the pinnacle of carafes. I'm usually hesitant to purchase 'inexpensive' barware from C&B because it's typically paper thin and doesn't survive more than a year at the mercy of my or my husband's clumsy hands. But when I saw that this was made in Italy I knew it'd be OK. The carafe is nice and thick, reminds me of the ones my parents used to have from all the bottles of cheap wine they'd collected from parties back in the 80s. I plan on ordering many, many more of these. They're also great for juice at brunch!

Perfect Carafe
This was JUST the carafe I was searching for! I love it, and it reminds me of being in Italy, drinking red wine outside while enjoying arribiatta.

litro carafe
I love it. it brings me back to when we lived in italy. the carafe of wine was always on the table with any meal and the table was complete. it's pretty authentic looking and very sturdy.

Smaller than I would have thought, but I don't really have anything to compare to. Will look great for serving.

I purchased two of these. They are great! Remind me of Italy...you cant go wrong!! Something is so grand about drinking wine from a carafe. They are thick and sturdy and a great price!

Heavy Duty
Durable!!! I've had so many thin, dainty glass carafes and they chip much too easily. This glass is thicker but still contemporary and stylish. Love!

NEAT;Big for H2O,small 4 bamboo
Very versatile purchases.
I keep the big carafes filled in the fridge with cold water or juice for guests who drop in during warm weather. I AM a continuous water drinker; and it feels so much 'fancier.' It MAY even taste better!
I took 2 of the smaller ones for my kitchen window ledge; after the moonstone pebbles arrive, I intend to fill with water atop the moonstones, & put a cheerful bamboo shoot or two into them. I'll bet one could also do sandscapes with different colors of sand put into them properly....very versatile & reasonable! Also terrific for gifts."

Great Carafe!
I bought the .5L carafe since it reminded me of many dining experiences on our Italian honeymoon. I mostly use it to serve wine at parties, but I have served lemonade with it as well. Easy to clean.

mezzo litro wine carafe
Classic and perfect for wine. Perfect size for using at the table or on the deck. I could not find these anywhere and I finally found them at Crate and Barrel. I bought two and I they are great!
