Broke in half after 2 months
I used the stone for approximately 2 months. It worked well for bread and pizza baking during that time. As recommended in the instructions, I left the product in the oven even when not in use. After approximately 2 months, the stone cracked in half during a preheat cycle. I opted for a store credit after looking at the reviews for a related product, which indicated that it broke about 50% of the time.

Perfect!
This pizza stone looks exactly like the picture. Although the directions say to heat the stone before cooking your pizza, I roll the dough directly onto the stone when it's cool, then let both the stone and pizza heat together in the oven. I store the stone on the bottom rack of my oven, so it heats up whenever I bake. So far, no problems at all. Great product at a great price.

Still experimenting
Since I am not familiar with using the stone, I am still discovering the best way to use it. I have only used it for frozen pizzas and they tend to stick to it. And the pizza takes longer to cook than using a conventional pan. It takes some scrubbing to clean it afterwards.
I have not used it to make a homemade pizza so I can't really tell if it makes it taste better than a regular pan.
It does cook the pizza evenly as it claims.

Wonderful gift
This item was purchased as a birthday gift for my daughter-in-law. She followed the instructions for preping the stone before use, which is very important. Her first pizza using this stone was so good, my husband (not a big pizza fan), said she could make him pizza anytime! It was exceptional!

Who needs takeout?
Impress your friends with pizza made-to-order. Also great for pizza rolls - brush with some olive oil and enjoy a fresh out of the oven treat!
