Prettier than expected....
We bought these to store cold water in the fridge. They are exceptionally pretty glass containers as well as being very sturdy and heavy (but not too heavy). The top screws on securely thereby eliminating any leaking. We are now using glass throughout our kitchen for everything. These could also be used for iced tea, iced coffee, flavored water and other specialty beverages. Great price and quality ... we are going to make another purchase in the near term.

so many uses
These mason jars are so awesome. I use them for everything. My favorite use is it to make flavored water with them. Cucumbers in one and citrus in the other. I have been trying to get away from plastic. So these make perfect sense.

Such a pleasing jar!
I ordered this with no particular use in mind, it just seemed attractive, useful and economical. It is a pleasing little jar and its shape and size reminds me of old-fashioned milk bottles.
It will be useful for mixing juices, iced tea, or just plain, cold water kept in the fridge.
The mouth is wide enough for easy cleaning, but not wide enough to reach your hand in to clean it.
As an extra bonus, you can also use this for canning. The lid has sealant on it that is meant to be used for preservation.
I appreciate the fact that this is glass, not plastic and that it is made in Italy, not China. It was superbly packed and it really looks like C&B took care to make sure it didn't break in transit.

Love This Jar!
I bought this to use as a flower vase, and I absolutely love it. It's a very sturdy vase and the top seems to seal well if you are planning on using it to store something. The design on the outside of the vase is very beautiful.

Good for storing iced coffee
We purchased this along with the Bodum Iced Coffee Press, and it holds just the perfect amount of iced coffee after using the coffee press. The stamp on the bottom of the jug says it is made in Italy and the jug has a nice weight to it. However, if you're petite like me and have small hands, it's a little difficult to hold the jug comfortably with one hand. My husband has no problems with it, of course. The metal screw-on lid is durable and we like that the glass won't retain the smell from the contents of the jug. We've only been washing this by hand, but I'm sure it would hold up well in the dishwasher. This is a versatile purchase that we would recommend to our friends and family.

Perfect glass jug
We LOVE these glass containers. We use them for purified water and brewed herbal teas, The glass is nice and heavy and there is no awful plastic smell.
We have two is these & will definately purchase more, in different sizes in the future.

Perfect!
I love these bottles!!! They are perfect for my homemade kahlua. I gave one to each of my friends for christmas- they wanted to know where they could get more bottles! So many possible uses!
I also bought the small bottles, perfect for bringing salad dressing to work!!

i got the big and small one, the small one i am using for my sprinkles and am going to get more so i can organize the bake section in my pantry the big one i could use for making cocktails or whatever...there could be many more uses!

Tea Time
I bought these quart size jars to make sun tea. The wide mouth makes it easy to fit a quart size tea bag. They take up less space in the refrigerate and clean up in the dishwasher. A cost effective, eco-friendly way to stay hydrated this summer! Love em!
