Rated 1 out of 5 by from Messy Pouring I've been using this jug for 8 days to store water with fruit in my fridge. It makes a mess while pouring at least 2/3 of the time. I've tried different angles, but it's so frustrating. I can only pour it over the sink at this point. I liked it because of it's size, most of the other pitchers I've looked at for this purpose are pretty small. I guess I'll have to keep looking. I'll probably end up getting rid of this by the end of the month.Too bad, it's otherwise good looking!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Attractive jug I bought this for my daily water intake because I don't like water in plastic. It is also good for ice tea and the glass doesn't stain like plastic would. Be aware that you can't use this for juice, lemonade or anything you might want to shake, because the lid is not tight. It just pops on and off and twists to make a nice opening spout. It also fits easily on a refrigerator door.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good I got this so it can fit in the fridge easily, was light and easy to pour- all true.It is thin and seems fragile, we have only used it about 2 weeks, but I worry it may break easily. The plastic top fits loosely. It is not expensive, and that is obvious by using it. But for lemonade for the kids, it works.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Well made jug, drippy lid This is a well made jug with fun retro styling. I use two of them to store filtered water in the refrigerator. The shape of jug makes it space saving and a good fit for this purpose. While the jog itself is quality, the plastic lid could use some improvement. It doesn't fit great which can sometimes cause drippage and overspill as your pour, but for the reasonable price, still a great jug.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but needs a little adjustment I bought this in July as I'm trying to clear out all plastic ware from my kitchen. I love the size and design of the jug; however the lid is a bit loose and juice sloshes a bit out of the top when I try to shake it up. It's a good value but wish it had a gasket or something else to tighten the lid a bit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these Good looking, and much cleaner than plastic. Everyone loves them. In the summer I love to keep black tea and herb tea on hand. Just stick a couple of tea bags in fresh water, refrigerate, and you have yummy cold tea by morning. No need to brew in hot water.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this Jug I bought this jugalmost 20 years ago and the price may be $2 (?) higher. I still use it with regularity for my orange juice. I have never had an issue pouring and my son was probably 11-12 when I bought it and it survived him. The grip helps. The white plastic lid is still nice and white. I wash by hand sometimes and equally as much in the dishwasher. The value and practicality doesn't get much better.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaky lid The grip on this jug makes it easy to pour. I with the lid gripped so it didn't leak!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Refrigerator Jug I purchased many of these jugs over the years and use them daily. They are perfect fit for anywhere in the refrigerator because of the slim size and rectilinear shape. I use these to hold cold-brewed coffee, fresh iced tea, and homemade lemonade on my refrigerator doors. I've also used them to decant apple juice from those 'unwieldy cider jugs that don't fit into the refrigerator' (you know what I mean). Remove or twist the cap before pouring for spill-free kitchen counters. I place mine in the bottom rack of my dishwasher, and theses jugs always come out sparkling clean. Very utilitarian and worth the money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible quality I received this item with 3 chips in the glass. One of the chips was actually shedding shards of glass when I ran my finger over it. Very poor quality, thin glass...I would not purchase this again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I bought 2 of these for juices, unfortunately, if I leave the tops on when I am pouring the juice goes everywhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Practical Very, very practical. Great for putting flavored water in fridge. I use it all the time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great dimentions for the Frig We brew iced tea several times a week. This jug holds a generous amount while not taking up too much precious refrigerator space. Sturdy yet light, even when filled. The built in handle allows for a comfortable and steady grip.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great pitcher. The lid is the weak link. I love the design of the pitcher; the handle and shape make it easy to carry and the fluted glass has a great retro look. Unfortunately the lid doesn't hold up its end of the deal -- it's leaky and it breaks easily. Still a good buy at the price, but I'll be a happier customer if I can find a nice cork stopper for it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great fridge jar I. Ought this for juice and milk, my kids are able to pour their own drinks!
