“My father put a paint brush in my hand at two years old and I never put it down,” explains Andrea Pramuk. Her father, a professional artist and now retired art professor, exposed his daughter to the wide world of artists and art making. While visiting artist studios in New York City, the young child would often draw portraits of well-known artists and earn their autographs in return.
As a young woman, Pramuk studied at the Kansas City Art Institute, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in painting. She completed her studies with a master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Based in Austin, Pramuk works in a variety of media, creating abstract paintings that evoke natural settings. Although her work is non-representational, she creates a form of narrative in her paintings, full of expressive shapes that suggest the natural environment and one’s physical relationship to it. Pramuk exhibits her work locally in Austin and regionally in Texas and Louisiana.

We will accept returns and exchanges of non-furniture items if:
- Non-furniture items are returned within 90 days of customer receipt.
- A valid proof of purchase is provided (see below).
- Non-furniture items are returned in good condition—unused and unwashed.
If you discover an item has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged during transit, we will accept the item for return or exchange with proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, the item can be exchanged only for the same item. A valid photo ID is required.
We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase. Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged or repaired.
Items must be returned to the store brand where the purchase originated or by mail (if the item was ordered online or by phone and received by mail). Purchases made outside the U.S. may only be returned to the purchase location.
