Great sheet-not dishwasher safe
I've owned this cookie sheet for almost a year now. It's done a really good job of baking normal items, ie cookies, biscuits, etc. I'm the kind of guy that washes ALL pots and pans by hand regardless of "dishwasher-safe" claim. My new roommate decided to put it in the dishwasher and it came out looking like I pulled it from the rubble of a house on fire. It was literally black all over. Otherwise, it's a great item but wash by hand!!

best cookie sheet ever
This is the best cookie sheet ever! It was recommended by one of your sales staff that bakes a lot. As he said, the cookies that I've made with it are super chewy and never burned. I've also used it to make pita chips and found that the amount of crispiness was just right! I've purchased cookie sheets before but they have always become rusty and warped.
This one has had a lot of use and is still in good shape.

Does as described...
Works beautifully. My only wish is that It was bigger. At least a 16"x16". Looked everywhere but couldn't find it.. Although they did show two different sizes, they only offered one...

Not Dishwasher Safe
I just received this insulated cookie sheet as a wedding gift and it looked great until I took the "dishwasher-safe" claim literally and put it in my dishwasher (which is less than 1 month old.) The cookie sheet came out looking like I had owned it for years- with light rust-colored streaks and spots. I doubt it impacted the way it bakes things, so it's not a big deal but I wish, I wish I had stuck with my instincts and washed it in the sink instead.
It won't go into a dishwasher again but I may try to return it. Either way, if you choose this cookie sheet, be advised: avoid the dishwasher!

Versatile and Full of Hot Air (in a good way)
My husband and I make a lot of bread, and we have found that we get results from these cookie sheets that are just as nice as from our baking stone. We have made many successful, fluffy, air-baked batches of cookies on these, too! My husband doesn't like them because they are large and are hard to fit in our small sink to wash (more a problem with the sink than the pans, but something to consider when buying—I’ve washed them in our shower before :) ). The metal on the bottom has bent a bit after 7 months of only relatively light use, but they still work nicely.

No more burnt bottoms of cookies!
My mom always said to buy insulated cookie sheets to avoid over cooking or burning the bottoms of cookies and she was right. These are great pans and cookies cook very evenly, brown on the edges and soft and chewy in the middle!

Great Lip!
Works great! I especially like the lip at the end. It makes it easier to grab with a potholder. The cookie sheet is a good size as well (holds over a dozen cookies).

High quality but...
The sheet does not brown cookies nicely. They usually turn out very flat and crisp, not fluffy and chewy the way I like them because the sheet is silver and insulated. I find an uninsulated, black baking sheet gives me better results for cookies. However, I have never had any problems baking bread or pizza on the sheet.

great quality
These cookie sheets are great quality. Cookies bake up evenly, nothing sticks, and they wash up well. Great product.

Perfect cooking
This cookie sheet is wonderful. My cookies have turned out so perfect every time. The are soft, fluffy, and evenly cooked over the entire pan.
