Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great sheet-not dishwasher safe I've owned this cookie sheet for almost a year now. It's done a really good job of baking normal items, ie cookies, biscuits, etc. I'm the kind of guy that washes ALL pots and pans by hand regardless of "dishwasher-safe" claim. My new roommate decided to put it in the dishwasher and it came out looking like I pulled it from the rubble of a house on fire. It was literally black all over. Otherwise, it's a great item but wash by hand!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product I love this cookie sheet for baking everything from cookies to pasta. It's a good size and well made.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dissapointed Dissapointed that the product does not perform as advertised - cookies do not slide off the sheet without a spatula. When spatula is used it causes the cookies to deform. Instructions specify that pre-greasing is not required as cookies do not sitck - not true. In addition, there are very small holes in each corner of the sheet which when washing could allow water to collect inside over time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't bake evenly I've used these for multiple different recipes and even the premade dough at the grocery store and no matter what I bake, the centers don't get done all the way. First bad product from Crate, otherwise a huge fan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best cookie sheet out there I have had this for about 6 months now, and this is by far the best cookie sheet I have ever used. I put the same cookie dough on another cookie sheet I have and the bottoms came out more than done while the dough I put on this sheet came out perfect. Buying my second one now!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best cookie sheet ever This is the best cookie sheet ever! It was recommended by one of your sales staff that bakes a lot. As he said, the cookies that I've made with it are super chewy and never burned. I've also used it to make pita chips and found that the amount of crispiness was just right! I've purchased cookie sheets before but they have always become rusty and warped. This one has had a lot of use and is still in good shape.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes the perfect cookie! I bought one thinking.. Ok how great can a cookie sheet really be. I went home made a batch on this sheet and one on my old sheet and there's a noticible difference! My cookies on this sheet always come out perfect! Somehow it crisps the bottom but leaves the middle nice an soft and chewey. I love this cookie sheet and will buy them until the end of time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from my cookies go flat I love the shape of these cookie sheets because it makes sliding the cookies off super easy but all my cookies go flat when I use these. My husband loves flat cookies so it's good for him but they don't make pretty cookies for giving as gifts. They just cook too slow for the dough to hold it's shape.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay depending on use Great in that things don't stick or burn. Sometimes I would like my cookies a bit crispy, though, and it takes a while with this sheet. Good as part of a cookie sheet will need another one that browns better depending on what you're baking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect cookies every time! I really love these cookie sheets. They make perfect cookies. They actually fit in my sink (unlike my previous cookie sheets). The quality seems outstanding. I haven't had them very long, so I can speak to durability.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Dishwasher Safe I just received this insulated cookie sheet as a wedding gift and it looked great until I took the "dishwasher-safe" claim literally and put it in my dishwasher (which is less than 1 month old.) The cookie sheet came out looking like I had owned it for years- with light rust-colored streaks and spots. I doubt it impacted the way it bakes things, so it's not a big deal but I wish, I wish I had stuck with my instincts and washed it in the sink instead. It won't go into a dishwasher again but I may try to return it. Either way, if you choose this cookie sheet, be advised: avoid the dishwasher!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Versatile and Full of Hot Air (in a good way) My husband and I make a lot of bread, and we have found that we get results from these cookie sheets that are just as nice as from our baking stone. We have made many successful, fluffy, air-baked batches of cookies on these, too! My husband doesn't like them because they are large and are hard to fit in our small sink to wash (more a problem with the sink than the pans, but something to consider when buying—I’ve washed them in our shower before :) ). The metal on the bottom has bent a bit after 7 months of only relatively light use, but they still work nicely.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great cookie sheet! I was looking to replace my well used insulated cookie sheets and found these on sale on your website. I ordered two and they are exactly what I wanted. Some people might not like them if they prefer browned bottom cookies. Cookies will brown around the edges if left in the oven long enough, but the bottoms never brown very much which is what I prefer. They are a breeze to clean: just wipe down with a soapy sponge when cool and then dry. So for me they are excellent!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No more burnt bottoms of cookies! My mom always said to buy insulated cookie sheets to avoid over cooking or burning the bottoms of cookies and she was right. These are great pans and cookies cook very evenly, brown on the edges and soft and chewy in the middle!
