Loved By All!!
This is a must buy for anyone who loves to bake. I was given this at my Bridal Shower by one of my Bridesmaids and use at least once a month to display desserts or even fruit. I am now in her wedding and returned the favor and gave her this beautiful cake platter. This piece is definitely a crowd pleaser.

Footed Cake Platter with Done
I ordered this online and was surprised at the size. I have been looking for a cake dome that doesn't look like all the others and this is it. I love the high dome that will accommodate a tall cake.

Glass too thin
BEAUTIFUL cake stand, packed & shipped perfectly. Glass however is paper thin, given the price I was expecting something more substantial. And sure enough, even with all the caution we'd been using, my husband bumped the edge of the stand with the dome & cracked the dome. In my opinion the glass is too thin to be functional - but pretty if you want to just look at it!

Cake Stand -- Take Care
I bought this stand and have loved using it. But you have to be very very gentle lifting the dome off and on. It was a little more delicate than I expected, and I had to return my first purchase to get a replacement because both the side and dome chipped.
But the C&B team did an awesome job with the return and I've just been extra extra careful going forward.
Now if only I could get all my icing drippings to wipe clean off the stand bottom with each cake, we'd have perfection....but alas, that's a baker's error :)

Exceptional
I recently purchased the "Footed Cake Platter with Dome" for my best friend. The Platter was very beautiful and I am sure my friend will enjoy it. Moreover, the packing of the platter was exceptional. The care that was taken in packing the platter was over and beyound my expectation. Because, the standard for shipping any Crate & Barrel item is beyond the norm task of just placing the items in a box and ship it. This company has decided they care about how the product arrives. I really feel like they value their products. This will make me a return customer. I really like the service they provide.

Makes dessert that much better!
I love to bake and was thrilled to receive this covered cake plate from my MIL. What a great surprise! The height of the dome allows for a very tall cake (3 layers at least) and looks beautiful on display. Tres fancy! Gentle when washing the dome, it is delicate.

Great!
I love how elegant this display platter makes my dessert table look. I had a dinner party the other week, and I made a cake especially to display in my new platter. I got a lot of compliments. It looks and feels like very nice quality. It's simple and modern and great! I am very happy with it.

Beautiful Serving Piece
This is a beautiful serving piece that I leave on my formal dining room buffet, even when not in use. I put it in the center of the buffet with some beautiful cloth napkins folded inside, while not in use.

Great for Use & Display
This product is great for cakes, but I also used it for cookies and cupcakes while hosting parties. It is very thin, but so far no problems! My friends that also have this item have had no problems with breakage either.

wash with care
Looks great, good height for tall cakes, and pedestal is sturdy. Together the two pieces are really heavy and the dome is pretty thin, so be extra careful when hand washing.

Beautiful
This is a very lovely cake platter. I love seeing my baked products displayed in it. The only problem for me is that it is too large to fit into my refrigerator with the dome on it.

Gorgeous Centerpiece!
My husband and I received this cake dome from our wedding registry. It has a pretty permanent place on our kitchen table and houses cakes, pies, cookies, fresh fruit or even a little bunch of flowers. The glass is flawless and it's clean lined design is super easy to clean. Love it to pieces!
