Beautiful and Versatile
I love this platter! I purchased it for it's beauty and discovered it's versatility. I never put it away. It makes a beautiful presentation as a serving tray for hors d"oeuvres and desserts. It adds romance to the room when used with votive or tealighs...very reflective. Incorporated into a centerpiece for any season or function, it's the perfect touch. I love this tray!

I purchased this platter for myself and loved it so much that I went back and bought another one for my sister who just put in a new kitchen. The platter is elegant standing alone or adds atmosphere by placing many different candles ( I bought the votives in different colors at Crate and Barrel too.). I have used my platter with cheese and crackers, and placed asparagus on it as a side dish. . It is perfect for so many wonderful celebrations.....

Upscale and versatile!
I've purchased two for myself and three as gifts - this is sooooo underpriced and gorgeous!!! The heavy weight and rippled design lend it well for apps and desserts, and placing a few leaves underneath (during the fall or the spring) adds even more interest. This has become my go-to "plating" piece - it always draws raves. Crate and Barrel knocked it out of the park on this looks-as-if-it-came-from-an-art-gallery piece!

Stunning!
I purchased this platter as a thank you gift for my sister. I bought it from the store and can tell you that the picture does not capture the stunning beauty of this piece. My sister has used it as a base for her centerpiece as well as a tray for desserts! My only regret is that I did not buy one for myself!

Sturdy & Stylish
This platter is deceiving when looking at it online, I didn't look at the size but was pleasantly surprised by how long it was! It's very sturdy, I think it would take a lot to break this beautiful piece.
