The Story

With all the warmth and rustic charm of a one-of-a-kind antique, the rich waxed patina of this red storage cabinet adds instant character to any room. Crafted of shesham and mango wood with traditional tongue-and-groove joinery, the cabinet is topped with architectural crown molding. Three glass-paned doors display everything from books, media equipment and curios to dishes and kitchen collectibles. Hinges and knobs are hand-forged iron; wood hasp closures secure the doors.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful but NOT a true media console We bought this for our living room, after measuring our media equipment, and it's truly a beautiful piece of furniture. The red is gorgeous, and we love that it is slightly distressed. However, the problem lies in the fact that this console is not deep enough to fit all the various equipment and cables together nor is the opening in the back for cables substantial enough. This would work MUCH better if the back had sliding doors, for easier installation. We've had to resort to keeping things on the top of the console, which defeats the purpose, and instead are using the console for storage and smaller electronic components.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really pretty! Originally, I purchased the 46" Rojo Red Cabinet. I had to return it because of a crack in the wood. The 46" wasn't big enough, so I exchanged it for the 62" cabinet. I purchased this cabinet for stereo equipment, i.e., receiver, turntable, etc. It just arrived and I'm not sure that the equipment will fit. We measured the equipment before purchasing, however, the doors, hinges, etc. are going to make it very difficult/tight to set up. Will probably keep the cabinet either way, if nothing else, it will make a beautiful storage unit. Love the look but don't think it is a functional media storage cabinet. I would recommend this product to a friend if they were looking for a pretty storage unit, but would not recommend for media storage. Love Crate and Barrel, however, the delivery fee for this cabinet was $299.00! You have to really LOVE something to pay that!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love it! This is so awesome! Shipping was great, and I love everything about it. The finish on the inside was a little jagged but every part of the outside looks great. I like the extra space and storage for my living room.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great so far I loved the way I thought this trunk would fit into our home. Its elegant and understated but eye catching at the same time. The wood seems to be high quality. We've had it about 2 weeks and are pleased thus far. I like that this would be "claasy" storage for any future kiddie toys. Seems like a better solution than plastic tubs
