Looking good after two CA winters
Our four chairs, bench, and small table were delivered Jan 2010. They've been through two Northern CA winters (rain, wind, a touch of sea air) and held up well. We do keep it covered (C&B patio covers are just okay).
I agree with other ratings that the powder coat finish can scratch if you're using ceramic dishes. We either put down placemats or use plastic/paper dishes.
There's no a hint of rust or damage so far. (Our friend is tempted to buy a set seeing that ours is holding up well unlike they're discount store purchase). The cushions do stain from food so you need to clean it right away. We no longer leave our cushions outside, unfortunately, due to racoons climbing on them at night.
It really disappointing that it's been discontinued because I would love to have maybe bought a footrest and extra cushions.

great dining for small deck
The Meridian small round table and chairs are perfect for a confined space like a small deck or balcony.
The set was easy to assemble. The finish is nice to look at plus the powder coating will not fade. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Comfortable and Attractive
The seats on these chairs are sizable and generous, making them very comfortable. We added the ottoman and now have comfy reading chairs!

Highly recommend!
I recently purchased the Meridian outdoor dining set and couldn't be happier. I managed to find exactly what I was looking for, something sturdy, well made, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and at a reasonable price for the quality. I would recommend this to anyone looking for those same qualities.

Furniture is great, but cushions not so
I love the products in this line and I am sorry that they are being discontinued. The metal frames are great- I have the deep seating chairs in this line that are 5 years old and still look brand new. The sunbrella cushions have not lived up to their billing though- mine faed after 2 years and were badly stained. I have already replaced them. Hopefully this version will be better.

We bought the two of these chairs, the two rocking chairs and the bench to go with the table, chaise lounge and side table. We love it all...so comfortable and beautiful!

Very good quality
I purchased the patio set last month and it is a great chair along with the beach and the rectangular table.
The umbrella is the 9' and provides shade to a majority of the table. Very satisified overall.

sturdy outdoor chairs
we purchased an entire Meridian set last year. It's sturdy and we use it all day on the weekends. It gets SUPER hot in the sun - we have burnt ourselves a few times. but the cushions that we bought with it are great. They look good and they are reasonably comfortable. Great value overall.

love this set
I bought the Meridian table and 6 chairs (with the yellow cushions. The cushions are a bit thin but I love the look of the entire set. We have enjoyed using it all summer long. Hope it lasts through the winter.

Love the Meridian outdoor furniture!
I looked long and hard to find something lightweight and easy to care for to replace my old, heavy, high-maintenance teak outdoor furniture. I bought the small table, bench, 4 table chairs, one lounger, one lounge chair with footstool and two side tables. Assembly was remarkably easy (although I got stuck briefly on the table by mistakenly trying to attach the legs "inside" the bar instead of "outside" the bar). I've found that the sunbrella cushions clean up nicely and are extremely comfortable. The only thing I'd change if I had it to do over is choose a different color in the lounger and lounge chair. I ordered everything in yellow -- 8 cushions -- and it's a LOT of yellow! Overall, I'm very, very happy with this furniture.

Meridian Patio Set
After looking for patio sets for months, I am really happy I chose the Meridian's simple design. It's light weight & easy to get in & out of the seats. Only the table needed assembling which was really easy to do. The metal can get hot in the sun so cushions are a must on sunny days. Really satisfied & enjoying it!

Well made, reasonably priced
Picked this product after looking at many teak and eucalyptus sets which were generally more expensive and more susceptible to weather and deterioration. The assembly required was not very difficult and everything needed was provided. The set is very easy to clean and is comfortable. We have not even purchased cushions. The design is clearly better quality than some at large department and hardware stores. The price was substantially less than patio furniture stores. You can even comfortably fit 8 people around the table even though designed for only 6. Anticipate that it will be durable and look nice for many years to come.

Nice and roomy. Lightweight is a plus---easy to move around the patio. The cushion is nice and thick.

Great looking, seats a lot, needs maintenance
This is a great looking set and seats a lot of people. We've only had it two weeks and have noticed that any water marks (rain, sprinkler, hose) leave a stain if you don't wipe it up while still wet. I would prefer a smooth powder coat finish that doesn't require this much maintenance.
I'll have to purchase the cover for it so that it doesn't get exposed to water as often.
Still rating as good based on looks, function, and price.
