Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! I got them as a registry gift a year go and have fallen in love with them! My previous plastic measuring cups used to break, stain, and warp over time. These are easy to clean and very strong and sturdy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cups are well made, except it's not accurate. Since these utensils are "measuring" cups, one likes to think they should be more accurate than not. I tested out the 1 cup (8 oz) size and found it to be 8.5 oz instead of 8. Other than that they are not accurate, these are well made cups and are safe to handle, i.e., you are not likely to be cut by the rims. So, I will not be using them to measure flour; but they should be good for everything else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm a baker Love the measuring cups. Can't wait to return for another shopping day to get new mixing bowls and few other things for my new kitchen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love and use constantly I have had this set for over a year and have to say I love them. I bought this set in store to replace a set that handles had broken (different retailer) so I was looking for a solid one piece construction and found these. Perfect, no rust or staining, no bending or breaking. Love

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They work They're measuring cups, so this review wont be too sexy, but they do match the other set we purchased, so that is a huge plus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best measuring cups to use! Had a set of these for a couple years up until recently. I had tried to use an old set I had since my stainless ones were gone. I didn't realize how spoiled I had become. The old ones I had were collapsible silicone (supposedly better for storing) and they were almost aggrivating to use after this set from C&B. The silicone ones took up just as much space in my drawer, were more difficult by far to get all the ingredients out of (Greek yogurt, peanut butter and honey just to name a few. Even dry ingredients left residuals in the cup. Even with a silicone spatula it was difficult to get everything out because there are not smooth flat sides and the corners are almost square so stuff left in the corners as well. The inside of the stainless ones is pretty much polished. This means all but the stickiest of material comes right out clean. The corners of the cups are rounded so when you do have to use a spatula it is 10 times easier. Needless to say they are easier to clean because of these factors as well. These cups are even better if you have books to hang them on from your upper cabinets or a shelving unit. The hole in the handles are big enough that even larger hooks work well, it makes them so easy to get to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These will last forever Measuring cups are one of those items that you should only need to purchase once in your lifetime. However with plastic cups, the numbers tend to wear off over time. These will last forever. An added plus is that they have the half measurement on the insides. I love not needing to wash an additional item if it's not necessary! Not a necessity to have stainless steel measuring cups but I like to have good quality items that I know will last.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for me!! My first measuring cups were plastic with the measurments painted on the handle. The measurments rubbed off over time. And since I am not good at "eyeballing" things, I had to pull all my plastic measuring cups out and sit them side by side to figure out which cup I needed. Never again! I love these measuring cups. They are a sturdy one piece item. I don't have to worry about the handle coming loose or the measurments rubbing off. Best of all, on the inside they show you a half measurment for that cup. This feature comes in handy when I don't feel like getting another measuring cup dirty. I took the ring off to separate the cups. I just hung the cups on my kitchen counter wall for easy access. For myself, these are the best measuring cups I've ever had!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice and Heavy These measuring cups are a little more shallow than ones I've had in the past, but they are nice and heavy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth every penny These measuring cups are very sturdy. The ergonomic design make them a delight to use. Highly recommended. They make a great add-on to a wedding shower gift.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use and sturdy... I'm pretty happy with these, but I am a little worried about accuracy. My old measuring cups seemed to have slightly mor flour per one cup, but only by a table spoon or so. Super easy to clean and store. I'd recommend them

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Heavy Duty I have gone through so many plastic measuring cups. I decided to finally spend a little more for metal ones. I love how sturdy they are and that they are dishwasher safe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite Kitchen Accessory I absolutely love these measuring cups. I have two sets since I do quite a bit of baking. They are sturdy and fit in containers well. They are sleek and streamlined. They are my absolute favorite accessory. I'll never use plastic again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Such a worthwhile replacement We love these measuring cups. At first I was skeptical because of the price, but they're reliable and easy to clean.. such a great replacement purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best on the planet These measuring cups have no joints, seams, or screws to rust or come apart. They are one solid piece and show no wear after years of use. I would never buy any other type.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sturdy, but... ...they weigh a lot for measuring cups! I do like how there are lines inside for half measurements so that you don't have to whip out another one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great cups but accuracy might need to be checked I recently purchased these measuring cups based on previous reviews and I must say that the reviews are generally spot on. The cups have significant heft, appear to be solidly made, and has "half" cup measurements (half of each cup). The only issue that I would point out is that the accuracy may not be as good as what some may need, since for example 2 cups (the two of the 1 cup one) came out closer to 1.9 cups.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So sturdy! I got these measuring cups as a wedding gift. Several years later I lost the 1 c somehow. I love them so much that I ordered a whole new set. I did my whole wessing registry here and got many things from Crate and Barrel. The quality of the products are exceptional and would always shop here and recommend to friends and family!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy and compact for nice storage flexibility I was looking for cups that were all one piece of metal, because I'd broken one from my last set. I love these, because no matter how heavy what ever I'm scooping they hold up. They are also relatively flat, so they fit easily in my hugh catch-all drawer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these! I received these measuring cups as a Christmas gift a year ago and they still look brand new. I wash them in the dishwasher and the finish has not dulled. I like that sticky things like peanut butter and Karo syrup come out easily. I also have the measuring spoons and they are also nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love These We had been looking for some nice cups that could last 'a life time'. I'm positive these will. Each cup is one solid piece. As apposed to the other brands of stainless we had viewed, that are bonded somehow handle to cup. This, for us, eliminates worry of the handle ever coming off. They seem larger because of width over depth ratio. however, after using for almost a year, we have not found this to be an issue. The insides are not too sticky, most everything comes right out. Besides getting use to the size/weight, we have completely enjoyed the quality of the cups as well as the measure spoon set. In fact, have bought these as additions in kitchen gift baskets as wedding gifts!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love them! They're a bit heavy, so if that might be an issue for you, please reconsider. But I love them -- the size of the cup is on the bottom and on the handle. I don't miss the "between size" cups because I cook a lot and a comfortable with guess-timating.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Way too heavy The material used is really heavy. Feels nice and solid but in practice if you're using the 1/4 teaspoon for example the whole thing feels really lopsided and tends to slither off the cutting board etc
Date published: 2013-04-07
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty good! Much more practical than my last set of rubber ones that fold up. One continuous piece of metal so gunk doesn't get caught in the cracks. This set will last forever. Very sturdy - all of the cups sit flat on the counter even with the weight of the handle except the 1/4 cup. The 1 cup is wide and shallow, so I doubt you can use it for scooping in narrow flour containers. I love the metal because honey doesn't adhere to the surface like it did on my plastic cups. Just drips right off. Thought of getting a more expensive set, but then I would have felt badly when they got scratched up from stacking them. These you won't. Very easy to clean. I've looked at all of my other options.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the low profile I love that they can be stacked and still fit easily in my utensil drawer. Nice and heavy stainless.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love them! These are great heavy gauge stainless steel measuring cups at a very reasonable price. They are very sturdy. I am very satisfied."

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Purchase! These are well worth the price. They have a nice weight to them and look quite fancy. I hand wash mine and dry them right away to avoid spotting and rusting (although I'm not sure if this is the recommended care).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE these!!! I bought this set as a gift for my cousin, who had asked for these specific measuring cups. Once I received them, I knew I had to get a set for myself. These measuring cups are bit heavier than I expected, and they are STURDY! I have had measuring cups with flimsy handles and it makes it hard to use them to scoop things like brown sugar. Not a problem with these.I also like that the volume is achieve via a wider, shorter cup rather than a taller, narrower cups - it makes it so much easier to get a rubber spatula in there and get all the goodies scooped out. Also makes cleaning a bit easier.I also like that these stay pretty after multiple uses - no staining, hard to scratch, etc.
