The Story

Classic French flatware sports beautiful plastic taupe handles, tastefully embellished with stainless steel accents. Each piece is also marked with the symbol of a bumblebee, an emblem of the area in France where these exquisite pieces are exclusively handcrafted for us by a family-owned factory that has been making quality cutlery since 1920.

Please note: This pattern will be discontinued in June 2014.

Laguiole® Benoir 5-Piece Placesetting is rated 2.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tiny Teaspoon Disappoints I love the look of this flatware and decided to splurge on it for a new home. Unfortunately, the teaspoon is SO unusually small that it functions more as an appetizer spoon for a dip or as a demitasse spoon than as a normal size teaspoon. It's truly a miniature size. If I had realized this by seeing it in person rather than only on the website, I would not have purchased it. Buyer beware.
