Urban Accents Mixed Herbs Turkey Brine & Brinning Bag is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Find! This is the first time I've bought a ready-made brine and couldn't be more pleased, especially since the sturdy brining bag was Included. It may have been expensive but is worth every penny for the convenience, and no mess since I opened the jar inside my crockpot and shook out the bag. I was so pleased that I just bought three more (on sale) to share with friends next year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing Change We buy turkey brine from C&B every year, and it makes a for a pretty great turkey. This year, I was surprised to find the little box with a packet of spices and a neatly folded bag replaced with a big glass jar of spices that had the bag packed in the center.I was a little hesitant since the new packaging came with a 50% increase in the price, but my in-laws are visiting for Thanksgiving, and they really like the turkey that results so I caved. I'm sorry I did. To try and minimize the mess in my sparkly clean kitchen (see in-laws visiting, above), I opened the jar over a large bowl and dumped the spices in. Even with the extra precautions, I had spices flung all over my kitchen when I pulled the bag out of the jar. Annoying. The bottom line is that this makes a decent turkey. But the less-friendly packaging plus the huge increase in the price mean I won't be buying it again. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go scrape rosemary bits out of my kitchen grout...
