Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful and Charming! I bought this rug for my Family room on a 10x14 size, the price was fabulous for the size of the rug and was surprisingly comfortable, we also bought the pad from Crate and barrel , which I almost forgot until the agent suggested it, so I appreciated the observation , absolutely love this rug!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great modern rug, but.... I bought the Tower rug for my living room. I fell in love with the neutral colors and modern look of the rug. The first month I had the rug, it shed a lot. Despite vacuuming it several times I still found fuzz balls all over my open plan first floor living space. I was especially disappointed to see a knot unravel the same week I laid it out. Now I notice several more knots have unravelled. Not something you expect to happen with a new rug.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Color I bought this rug to go with the Dixon coffee table for my living room and I love it. The rug is extremely comfortable and the color goes with just about anything. When I first got the rug it shed a little but this is completely normal for rugs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very plush! This rug is very plush and thick. Very comfortable-- you don't need a pad because it is so heavy and well made. There were some fuzz balls initially, but vacuuming fixed that. The gray matches my Aidan sofa. My dogs love it-- which was a small problem when they snagged it, but I was able to quickly repair it and you can't even tell.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Tower Rug We bought the Tower Rug in 8x10 for our living room and love it. We wanted a rug to help lighten up our space and this was perfect. We get compliments from everyone that visits. As someone else pointed out, it gets fuzz balls, but nothing out of control on ours.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fuzz balls Loved this rug when I got it but after a few months it sheds buzz balls constantly- it's awful. Even after a good vacuum.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful rug The Crate & Barrel staff were very helpful in determining size, pad needed, and care of this beautiful rug. The rug is soft and adds great artistic detail to our modern family room. The delivery service was very professional too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tower Rug My fiancé and I purchased this rug about a week ago. We are very happy with the quality and thickness. The image online reflects the true color of the rug, no surprises there. The warm earthtones look great on a lighter hardwood floor. It most certainly ties the room together!
