Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite Knife! This is my fourth Wusthof knife that I bought after my husband and I got married. It's now my go to, favorite knife! I love the size cause it's easy to manuever and light enough for me to use it for a whole day of cooking and chopping without my wrist getting tired at all! It washes up in a few seconds with hot water and a gentle scrubby brush. I'm so happy to have added this my collection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great knife! Good size, love the handle and how it feels in my hands. I use this knife more often than probably any other knife in the kitchen - can't go wrong!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great size, multipurpose knife I wanted to try the Wusthof brand of knives and this one was on sale. It is a great mulitpurpose knife, fits easily in my hand. Food doesn't seem to stick to it as you are cutting, I believe this is due to the small indentations on the sides. I really like the shape and size, and the fact that I can use it for slicing and chopping or dicing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best knife ever! I received this knife as a holiday gift and absolutely love it!!! It holds it's edge so well. I love the size as it fits nicely and is well balanced in my hand. I can chop like a celebrity chef with this one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great All Around Knife I received this knife as a gift. It is my go to knife for cutting just about every kitchen task. After over 3 years of use, this blade is still sharp and has not required honing. The grip is comfortable for both me and my husband to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite knife I have many good knives but this one is my favorite. I'm buying a second one because when my husband helps me cook we fight over who gets to use this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Knife This knife is amazing! It is my go-to for small jobs, like when I need to make lunch for one or make a fruit salad. I can effortlessly cut and chop any fruit or veggie. For bigger jobs that require more chopping I use the 7" Santoku Knife.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smooth Cuts I bought this knife over a year ago and I've been very happy with the quality and the design. At first it was odd cutting with a "santoku" knife because it doesn't "rock" as well as a traditional knife. However, after getting used to it, it's a great knife. It fits very well for a small to medium sized hand. The dimples on the knife allows the vegetables being cut to slide off rather than sticking on the blade. I'm very please with the knife. But who can argue the quality of a Wusthof?
