Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy I went with my gut Its really tough to decide online on what knife to purchase. Wusthof has two lines below the Ikon and the price shows as well. I typically dont go for "top of the line" but Im glad i did. As soon as I started to use this knife, I forgot how what the cost was. Well worth the extra few dollors for the blade quality!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Knife Ever This is a great knife. I have knives from Japan, Germany and the 7" version of this knife, and this is our 'go to' knife. It is easier for me to handle as I don't like a really big knife, but plenty big to handle most all big cutting jobs. We like the feel of the Ikon over the other Wustoff style knives.
