Overview
The Ikon series builds on the Wüsthof fine cutlery tradition with new thinner blades, refined ergonomic handles, and recessed bolsters that allow full sharpening to the heel. Precision forged knives feature tempered and hardened high-carbon steel blades with a long-lasting V-ground edge that's easy to sharpen. Perfectly balanced, triple-riveted synthetic handles are more sanitary than wood. Flexible utility knife offers extra give for paring, coring and other precision cutlery tasks.
