Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous with anything My husband and I registered for this set for our wedding, and were so thrilled to receive them. The entire set is beautiful, holds up very well, and after almost a year still looks just as beautiful as we got them. In particular, we haven't had a single problem with the grey utensil lines we'd had on our old white dish set. The really clean design looks great for everyday or more formal use and everything looks tastier on a bright white plate. We love them and are planning to get the low bowls to go with the rest of out set ASAP.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful White Dinnerware This beautiful white bone china dinnerware met all of my expectations! It was packed so well, I couldn't believe it. I have been using it since November, 2014 and love it! It goes in the dishwasher with no problem. Although it is a bit cream versus stark white, it goes with all of my tablecloths. I purchased a set of 8, and like the fact that it is open stock. I may purchase more, if I need it. I would definitely recommend it to a friend!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So freakin' cute!!! I bought a few of the Bennett Salt Cellars because I love tiny little bowls. These are seriously the cutest ever. They are great for salt (of course), but they're also great for olive pits, tiny candy servings, sauces & condiments, etc. Honestly, you will love them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Classic and Durable I am very happy with these plates, bowls and mugs. They are durable and work really well for every day use, but are quite elegant with smooth thin edges. It is so nice to open the cupboard and see our set of lovely white Bennett dishware.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cracked in the microwave The plate was in the microwave for less than a minute when I heard it crack. I bought a full set so now I have to use it and replace the plate. I'm very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from elegant and crisp The Bennett series has a hint of cream to the white, rather than a blue white. The walls of the mug are thin. The handle is about a half inch wide, but thin in profile. I have the bennett small mug, small bowl and small plates. So far, they've been sturdy for everyday use, but are thin and crisp enough to be good for a fancy dinner too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good everyday bowl These bowls get heavy use in my home, and while most of my set has withstood this use, one of the 12 bowls has strangely not. The glazing has come off and has created lines across the surface from the utensil. Even though we had this one problem, they are a nice size, not too big or small, and I would recommend this line to others.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice low bowl The Bennett collection is fantastic, including the low bowls. Have had for a year and are durable to everyday use. They are quite shallow and are only appropriate for salads, pastas, no soup or cereal unless you want to lose most of it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Classic plates Love the Bennett line, the dinner plates are a great size and look very stylish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thicker ceramic I bought these bowls 2 years ago and found they chipped easily. When I went to replace the chipped bowls this month, I discovered the bowls are slightly thicker and much more durable. I like the change!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple and elegant We bought these dishes about 3 weeks ago. At first sight we were worried they would be too fragile and chip at the slightest bump, but after a few rounds in the dishwasher and regular use, they've held up well. They are simple and elegant, great for every day or entertainment!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful plates. Check for wobble though! Love these plates - we've been using them as our "everyday" plates - and have put up with some abuse, lots of dishwashing and look as nice as the day we opened them. However - we did end up opening them at Crate&Barrel - and testing them for "wobble" on a table there. Only 1 in 2 plates passed our test, but the staff looked mildly amused and allowed us to pick out the plates we wanted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful bowl Beautiful bowl, simple but nice shape, nice pure white.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More durable than they seem We've been using these as our everyday dishes for about 18 months. They are so delicate and beautiful, and yet surprisingly durable. We aren't especially careful and haven't broken a dish yet. The exception to this may be the mugs - 4 out of our 6 have been chipped, and we continue to use them heavily. Haven't noticed problems with glaze or other manufacturing issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great everyday dinnerware We registered for and received these plates for our wedding and have been using them for the past 9 months or so. We loved the warm white color and the style of the collection, and having a low bowl as part of the set was a must for us. After registering, I read some of the negative reviews about uneven bottoms and glaze issues and wondered if we'd made a mistake. I even went back to the store to check out the plates there and to see if there was a different set I liked better, but decided to stick with the Bennett. Ultimately, my concerns were unfounded. Perhaps the uneven bottoms are a bigger issues with the square plates (we have round), but we have not had any problem with rocking plates. No, they are not perfectly level, but that is to be expected with a mass-produced product for this price. We do not use thick placemats yet have never found the plates to be noticeably uneven when in use. As for glaze problems, I have not gone over the set with a fine-toothed comb, but also have not had any issues stand out to me. I'm pretty Type A and tend to notice these things, so I can't help but wonder if the other reviewers are expecting Wedgwood-type quality in a C&B product. My husband and I have not yet had any problems with breakage, chipping, or cracking (and we're not that gentle with them), so overall we're very happy with these as elegant everyday dishes. My only negative comment is that they do tend to get VERY hot in the microwave much more quickly than our previous dishes (which were stoneware, so it may just be a difference in materials).
