From the Lowcountry of South Carolina, this handcrafted soup is made in small batches during the growing season to ensure the freshest ingredients and flavor. Green tomato soup with a ham stock base and accents of capers, hot red peppers and garlic is different and delicious, hot or cold. Top with sour cream and dill, or add shredded chicken and cheese for a heartier entree soup.

Contains green, tomatoes, onions, ham stock, capers, hot red peppers, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cider vinegar and bay leaves (removed before canning)
