Great product, great service.
The basket is very sturdy and high quality. It easily installs, and slides smoothly. I like that you can adjust the width to fit your needs. The length (front to back) is shorter than most other slide out baskets on the market. We needed a basket for under our kitchen sink. The sink drain and dishwasher plumbing take up a lot of space under there and we could find no other basket that would fit. This fits perfectly and holds all our cleaning products. It makes finding the right product so much easier than digging through a jumble of bottles. It was delivered faster than we expected, too, and we had good communication from Crate and Barrel every step of the way from order to delivery.

Pricey but worth it!
Bought this for a computer cabinet to hold heavy packs of paper etc. I had to take my time measuring the tracks for proper placement, but once that was done, drilling the screw holes was easy. This basket expands to the size you need and glides with ease. You can load the basket and it stays level, doesn't tip. It was a bit more than I planned to spend, but now that it is in and working, I'm very happy that I did. I would recommend this basket in any cabinet..computer, bath, kitchen, workshop or laundry room. It is heavy duty but chrome shiney.
