The Story

Straightforward console puts media components front and center, framed in clean lines of oak veneer with a neutral grey finish. Flanking glass doors give a clear view to two adjustable shelves, vented to keep electronics cool. Open center features two solid adjustable shelves. Cord cutouts at the back keep things tidy. Clean rectangular pulls are finished in dark gunmetal with brass highlights.

Assembly Information

Morrison 62 Grey Media Console is rated 3.4286 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice look, Particular Board material Bought this piece of furniture recently. 5/5 rating for the style-- looks very nice. The console was a pain to assemble (though I was warned of this in the store and previous reviews here) 3/5 score for that. The material doesn't seem to be 'wood' but more like particle board material. After looking at the finished product at home in my living room, I like it. Give it a 4/5. But for the price, the material should be better and there shouldn't be home assembly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Assembly should be offered for a price I was disappointed for an item this expensive, customer assembly is required. Took over 2 hours to assemble, and still the door on the right side is crooked. However, it is a nice looking media console. The charcoal grey color is unique, and neutral enough to compliment any color scheme.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great purchase We weren't thrilled about having to assemble this console but it was well worth it. It is very sturdy and the color is perfect. Great modern looking piece of furniture.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Functional & Plenty of Storage Space I purchased this piece for my fiancée and he adores it. It fits his DVR box, his two gaming consoles, and still plenty I space for the games and DVDs. DVR and gaming consoles don't overheat because of the vented shelves (no need to open the doors to let the units cool down anymore). A little annoying when putting together (don't try to do this on a Saturday night when you two are already extremely exhausted from the hour-long drive to go pick it up from the warehouse because the fiancée insisted on not waiting for delivery and then insisted to put it together right when we got home), but that's about it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer beware The wooden dowels don't line up.  The plywood split.  The problem is with the fabrication, not CB's fault.  Returning for full refund and maybe spend a few hundred more for an assembled piece.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far so good I wasn't happy about having to assemble the cabinet, but it worked out OK. It took almost 3 hours, but I had to undo some of the work. I realized that some of the vertical dividers were put in backwards, so that the unfinished edge would face forwards. I think there could have been better instructions to help you understand which should be facing the front. The dowels lined up. I did have one issue, but then realized that I may have had one of the pieces facing the wrong way. Once I reversed it, the dowels lined up perfectly. After putting it together, the piece feels pretty sturdy. And it looks good in my living room. One suggestion would be to add my holes in the middle cabinet on the sides, so the dividers can be higher to accommodate my modem easier. Overall I'm pretty happy with my purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Satisfied I like the look of it. There were a few spots in the assembly directions that could have been clearer, and assembly took some time. It is sturdy and I think will last us a good while.
