Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous neutral Love this set. Pairs well with a darker set in my collection. Great on its own or mix and match.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best! I am picky and painstakingly did my research to find a great set of off-white dishes. I settled on these. We have had them for over a year and love them! They are not real heavy, yet sturdy, and the plates stand up straight in the dishwasher...yesss! The chipping some people talk about is related to the bubbles of glaze from the hand-made process, so I hand picked ours at the store. There are no knife scratches and no chips after a year of everyday use! Our favorite is the low bowl, which is great for entree salads. pasta, soup, and can serve as a side dish bowl. The mugs have a nice big handle and nice smooth glaze feel. The irregular shapes are a nice design feature and our guests always compliment us on these.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Unique yet simple I received Wilder Dinnerware for my wedding including serving dishes. I love how each piece is uniquely shaped but I can pair the dishes with any linens or glassware because of their natural color. The salad bowls and coffee cups are really deep and comfortable to hold. I did have one bowl chip a few weeks after I received it. I called and Crate & Barrel sent a new one within a few days. They told me that heated drying can be hard on the dishes but I haven't had any more pieces chip. Overall, very happy with the dishes and I look forward to using them for a long time!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile and Classic We received a few sets of the Wilder dish set as a gift for Christmas and absolutely love them. We've added on a few pieces over the months (platters, low bowls, serving bowl) and it's really come together. The colors a neutral but look great and the unique spotting and coloring of each dish is really fun. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great, casual dining set!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clean Simple Broad Style This set is very durable. The style is simple and clean but translates from contempory to more traditional or farmhouse.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for Every Occassion! I recently bought 12 place settings of the Wilder dinnerware and couldn't be happier. They are such a unique style of dinnerware that you won't be disappointed. I love the irregularity of the shapes and that each piece looks hand-crafted. When paired with the chocolate brown Camden Java bowls the specks of brown really pop! They fit nicely in my dishwasher and love that the style has turned up edges too. This set really make a nice statement using casually or formally on your table. I am very please with my purchase and the Crate & Barrel Store Associate packaged them up perfectly for me to take home. You will not be disappointed with the quality, style and craftsmanship of this dinnerware collection!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly as expected! I really love this dinnerware. The freeform edges and lip around the rim are nice touches. I love the neutral color and the specks, which make it very versatile.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great everyday dishes My husband and I registered for these dishes and were given them as wedding gifts back in April. We love them! We cook nearly every night, and have yet to have any issues -- no chips at all after over 9 months. I like how they look almost handmade and are slightly irregular. The sizes of each piece are perfect, we especially use the low bowls often. Sadly, we were informed they're being discontinued, and I really wish they wouldn't! I'd recommend them to anyone with a natural, outdoorsy sort of style.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big beautiful bowl When I first looked at the bowl in the store, I thought it was too big for a pasta bowl, but since using it, it has become my favorite piece in the set. I use it instead of the dinner plate to serve an entire meal and it makes the dining experience creatively different and exciting. The color and speckles in the glaze remind me of Scottish oatmeal and the irregularly shaped rim adds tremendous flair to the set.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these dishes! I loved the look of these dishes the first time I saw them in the store. I bought a service for 8 last year.  The mugs are the perfect size.  I couldn't decide which bowls to get so I got four of each.  (I use the bowls less the dishes.) I just added 2 more sets of dishes and mugs.  The neutral color of these dishes allows me to use colorful placemats.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful dinnerware I purchased the set without the mugs.  I love the way they look and feel.  Two complaints- they are fragile and the edges are chipping, and they should make a bowl that is a size larger than the soup bowl but smaller than the huge serving bowl.  I would buy several bowls of that size.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from personal taste Plates on large side, heavy, nicely irregularly shaped but more beige than shown in pix. It's personal taste but they aren't as interesting/exceptional as they photograph.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Retro We travel to California 2-3 times a month to get away and visit family and friends. As usual, we alway make it a point of stopping by one of the C & B locations. During the holiday season we were shopping at the SouthWest Plaza location. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We were looking at the dinnerware options and were immediately attracted to the WIlder dinnerware. We loved the lines and the sand like appearance. It had what we really were looking for...something almost retro but modern. We knew instantly that we had to have the set! We entertain frequently and we love using this set for our large casual gatherings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stylish and Sassy These dishes caught me completely by surprise. I was looking for color but when I laid eyes on these, I knew instantly they were for me....their natural hue makes them versatile and neutral and they look beautiful with a room of natural fibers and hearty woods; the flecks in the stone add texture to the table. Despite appearing a bit fragile (the edges of the bowls), these dishes are hearty and durable and stand up perfectly in the microwave. The shape is imperfect and artsy and the size suits any meal. These dishes are the perfect upgrade to my kitchen and I highly recommend them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Eclectic perfection! This is substantial, quality dinnerware. The irregular shapes and speckle finish give it just the right edge.
