Woven Storage Basket
Textural, tonal-striped basket weaves together strips of leather scraps reclaimed from the garment industry. To create the baskets, the leather pieces are first woven with cotton on handlooms. The resulting rug-like fabric is then stitched by hand onto an iron frame to form a basket.
