Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best frypans around I bought 3 different sizes of these frypans! They are fantastic! They clean up so quick and easy (except for the two metal screw-type pieces holding the handle on, but that is so minor to how terrific these pans are). I love to cook in them. Never thought omelets would be this easy! I love that they are ceramic, no worries about possible sickness, etc. Plan to get more of this brand of pan. Love, love, love them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Non-stick pan I bought one of these pans over Christmas and love it. I then purchased the small skillet and can't believe how wonderful it is for cooking eggs.I will eventually get all the pieces of this set!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Nonstick that really is. I love this pan. My eggs are perfect. Cleanup is a snap. Quite honestly, I do add olive oil to the pan before I crack the eggs. I might get very different results without the oil, but olive oil is healthy so I intend to keep using it. Today I am ordering the 10" pan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Fry Pan Ever I got this fry pan as a gift for Christmas. I've used it several times to make scrambled eggs and it's fantastic. The eggs don't stick at all and the cleanup is super easy. Very high quality product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful nonstick My husband and I purchased a couple of the vista clad pans. We love the performance of these pans. We found that using lower heat gets the same results as using a higher heat with other nonstick pans. Also love that these are manufactured more ecofriendly and trust the quality to be safe while cooking.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not nonstick If you turn up the heat too high, it not only sticks, it also stains. This pan was great for the first 2 months, but after that was a diffrent story. I returned mine.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Under Performed I own the little brother and really liked it so I purchased the big 12" version. While the small omelette handles the job like a champ, the 12" surface is sticky even with additional oils and fats. It discolored after a few uses. I would not recommend the 12" version

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this pan! I bought the 12" size of this pan a few months ago, after looking at several non-stick frypans. I had been researching the concerns related to certain non-stick surfaces and very intentional about finding a safe alternative to the non-stick pans I had with old technology. This pan met my criteria for those concerns, my love of good quality cookware and my budget. The ceramic surface is pretty amazing in that it requires little to no oil and releases eggs beautifully, yet browns meats extremely well. It heats quickly and evenly, making it great to use for all purposes. It is so effortless to clean, that even though it is dishwasher safe, I don't bother. It is sturdy but not heavy and has a nice ergonomic handle. I like that it looks similar enough to my existing stainless steel pans to fit into my set. I would recommend this wonderful product to anyone looking at purchasing a non-stick pan. I enjoy using it so much, I am going to purchase the 8" next.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Non-stick Pan! I got the non-stick fry pan and I love it, it's a perfect size for cooking eggs and the non-stick works so well and it's nice to know that it's non-toxic!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It was great I've had this pan several months. It was great at first. Recently I cooked fresh blueberry pancakes in it. The pancakes did not stick but the blueberries took hours to get off the pan. That made me contact Zwilling. Zwilling told me two things, one more useful than the other. If the pan gets too hot, it will no longer be nonstick. This means it is a frying pan that you cannot get too hot. Since I never cook with it on a heat marked high, it leaves the question of how hot is too hot. I've now got a frying pan that I'm worried about using to fry. The other thing the Zwilling rep said was to clean the pan with something called Barkeeper's Friend. Although the pan still looked clean and smooth, I got some and tried it. It seems to have helped, but I have not yet tried blueberries again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My New Favorite Pan I love this pan. It cooks beautifully and nothing sticks at all! Since nothing sticks, it is a breeze to clean as well. If you follow the directions and avoid high heat, this pan is perfect. I only wish I had a lid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great non-stick pan! I really like this ceramic pan. I had been looking for a ceramic pan for awhile and couldn't seem to find one that I liked. So far I really like this one, though I have only used it a few times. It is super non-stick and washes easily and I thought the price seemed reasonable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Teflon alternative! So far these work great. I wanted an alternative to Teflon that was still nom stick and these are the perfect option. Even heating and cleans up great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautifully engineered! A fabulous fish recipe from "The Science of Good Cooking" required a pan that could go from stove top sauté to in oven bake at 425 degrees. This 12 inch Zwillinger pan more than did the job. The sleek elegant ceramic pan appeals visually and provides a perfect nonstick surface for high heat cooking!
