Instructions
  1. Place brie in freezer for 30 minutes.
  2. Transfer brie from freezer to large cutting board. Slice brie in half lengthwise, creating two discs.
  3. Spread inside of one disc with truffle paste, and sandwich together with other disc on top. Return brie to freezer for additional 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  5. Transfer brie to brie baking dish or covered casserole dish and bake, 20–25 minutes, until melted and baked through. Let rest before slicing and serving.
