Instructions
  1. In a small pot over medium heat, cook cannellini beans with a splash of water.
  2. Spoon warm beans over toasted bruschetta and top with a small handful of arugula.
  3. Shave a few curls of pecorino on top and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
