  • 4 tablespoons butter sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Add the asparagus, lemon slices and orange slices to a sheet pan. Add the pats of butter and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with parmesan, salt and pepper.
  3. Place in the oven and roast for 20 to 25 minutes, tossing once or twice throughout cooking until the asparagus is tender and lightly charred. Serve.
