Ingredients
For ice sphere:
  • water
  • 1 tablespoon edible gold flakes
For cocktail:
  • 3 oz Blackberry Coulis
  • 7 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz Chambord
  • .5 oz fresh lime juice
  • fresh blackberries to garnish

Instructions
  1. Using a sphere ice mold, freeze water with edible gold flakes. Keep in the freezer until solid and ready to use.
  2. In a 16 oz shaker, mix blackberry coulis, dark rum, chambord and lime juice. Shake and pour. Add fresh blackberries as garnish.

    How do you make sure the gold flakes are suspended in the ice mold? Do they fall to the bottom?
