  • 3/4 cup sugar

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. Slice bread and croissants into 1″ cubes and set aside.
  3. Combine eggs and sugar and honey in a large bowl and set aside.
  4. Bring milk and lavender to a boil and slowly whisk into egg mixture. Add butter to mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Slowly and carefully pour over bread mixture. Stir.
  6. Transfer to baking dish and bake for 45 to 60 minutes until golden brown.
  7. After you have removed the dish from the oven, allow to cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
