Ingredients
  • Zest of 1 limedivided
  • 1 dried arbol chilecrushed in a spice mill
  • 2cups of cranberries
  • 2 crushed cloves
  • 1/2pint of sugar
Instructions
  1. Add cranberries to saucepan, add water, just enough to cover the surface area of the cranberries.
  2. Pour sugar over and bring to a boil. Once the boil begins, add spices, citrus zest and chile.
  3. Lower heat to medium and continue to cook.
  4. After reducing for 45 minutes, remove from heat and run an immersion blender through the hot jam to smooth out the texture.
  5. Let chill overnight.
