Instructions
  1. Using a large stock pot with a vented lid, heat 1/3 cup of dry popcorn in oil until fully popped. Remove from heat and close the vent on the lid.
  2. Using the Polyscience Smoking Gun, add smoke to the popcorn in the pot for 30 seconds. Quickly close the lid, trapping the smoke, and let rest for 3 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and liquid bacon fat.
  4. Transfer butter mixture and popcorn to a large bowl. Toss the smoked popcorn and top with finishing salt and serve.
